Add custom field to Support Ticket form

Hi,

I need to add custom field - "Assignee" to the support ticket form. The field should be linked to employee database - employee names.

i have added a custom field with type 'Data' but it does not give a search option for employee names.

Make the datatype as "Link" and in "options" mention "Employee". It will link the field to employee master.
