Adding Link Field to js(messages.js)

Hi All,

    i want to add link field(as customer field on quotation) to "messages.js" file which is page.

please provide reference by which i can add link field to page.

Hi Rushabh,

    In "messages.js" page i want to add field which is of type link which will have search,link and add option(as customer field on quotation).as messages is page and not doctype i am not able to add it.

i have attached image of field of the type that i wnat to add.

i need help for same.
