VERSION 4 failure to make Delivery Note

We have just started testing of Ver 4 after install of s/w by ERPNext and cannot make delivery note from Sales Order (SO) or SO from Quote.

JSConsole on making Delivery Note is

Cleared Cache - New Metadata

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) http://111.125.177.222/

Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token < 111.125.177.222/desk#Form/Sales Order/SO-00002:1

It is. We've already updated the server which is supported by the
contract which seems different from the ips you're sending tracebacks
from.
