Trying to install ERPNext on Ubuntu 14.04

Hi All
  I have a Ubuntu 14.04 64 bit. I want to install ERPNext on it, I do not want to do virtual box setup. What I want is to setup on my existing ubuntu system
How could I go. I am looking for a document or manual which I can read and do.
Please guide and advice me by sending the url  of the document
