ERPNext uses many of unix features. I am not sure anyone has been able to run it on windows without using VBox.

1. Clean up paths (we have used os.path.join in most places, but if hardcoded "/" are used anywhere)

2. There were some issues due to table names becoming all lowercase in Windows (have not checked this recently)

3. Production Setup - no idea!
