Migrate 3_to_4 error

I am getting the following error trying to migrate version 3 to 4

Please update bench and try migrating again.

run `bench update` to pull the fix and retry the patching.

I tried "bench update" but keep getting the same error so i tried reinstalling from scratch since i am working in a test VM.

I got past the "reload_purchase_print_format" patch but got the following error.

Really dont know what to do..

In the same machine i can create a working bench from scratch but cant migrate the old system.

This is strange. After you're stuck here, what is the output of

```
ls sites
bench frappe --latest
```

Run these commands:

bench frappe --ipython

In ipython, run:
frappe.delete_doc("Website Route", "home")
frappe.db.commit()

Then run:
bench frappe --latest
