Duplicate name Sales Taxes and Charges

Hi,
when making a new Sales order we are receiving this eror:
Duplicate name Sales Taxes and Charges INVTD000001
We cannot save the sales order, we tried removing and making again the sales taxes master and it was working only for 1 Sales order, and then we receive the error again.
Any idea what happens?

Someone had reset number series for "INVTD" to zero from Setup -> Update Numbering Series. You should reset the series to number of rows in Sales Taxes and Charges table. After that, you should be able to save sales order.
