Delivery note from Sales Order does not include items

Hi,

we were importing some SO, and when submitting and making DN, the items are not included, any idea why this happens?

1. Do you see the items in the SO (form)?

2. Do these columns have values -> parent, parenttype, parentfield ?

Yes, i see the SO orders with items on it.

In the web interface, the SO Items do not include parent, parenttype, parentfield, they have the folowing fields:
Item Code
Item Name
Description

1. Quantity and Rate
Quantity
Price List Rate (EUR)
Discount(%)
UOM
Box
Rate (EUR)
Amount (EUR)
Pricing Rule For Price
Pricing Rule For Discount

2. Warehouse and Reference
Reserved Warehouse      
Quotation
 Page Break
Actual Qty
Delivered Qty
Billed Amt

Hi, i have to say also that we are importing SO from ERP 3. Is it possible to import directly SOs from 3 into 4? Our idea is progressing them to delivery notes and then invoices.
