setup erpnext

hi
it's good work
i think erpnext  is best of other erp systems 

but   the install  of erpnext is the difficult step

in a lot of erp systems  there is a script for install the system
and this   make the installing  is easy

my problem   is i want to install  erpnext  in a local lan  in  my company
with server for the system and the database one server for all

how can i do that from  download to run

i try to install centos 
and  my first problem  was   install  mariadb 

now  i really want to go back   to ubuntu  

this is help  in ubuntu  what is the best  selection 
ubuntu  server   or ubuntu desktop   or  lubuntu

i need gui  in my server   and  what is the server software  that erpnext use

Yes, latest stable release should be fine. We do not have any GUI
ERPNext Server administration tools at the moment.

i install ubuntu   and when i run this :

su erpnext -c "cd /home/erpnext && git clone https://github.com/frappe/frappe-bench"

i show error msg:
No passwd entry for user 'erpnext'

when i run this command
bench init erpnext-bench && cd erpnext-bench

get error :
