Colour washed out on imported media

Hi 

Can you help me 

Whenever we import an image or MP4 the colours are always washed out 

We have tried running it through Da Vinci resolve and changing the colour space to REC. 709, and that sort of works but still not right and a major pain.

What is it we are doing wrong?

Is it washed out in the preview inside ELM also or only on the real LEDs?

This is probably caused by the lack of gamma correction. I'll contact you to test with the gamma correction enabled.
