Can anybody clarify the difference between annual program of work and annual action plan.

Sir annual actoon plan is a plan for works in the future and action plan is finding remedies to the works u have planned.For eg if u have some plan to bring up slow learners definately there will be problems or challanges so u have to do action plan to over come them with the options available with you. Eg if absence is the reason for learning in sime child u have to mention it in ur action plan.
Eg 2 if child has problem in reading tgen action plan will mention how will u develop it in him/her.
This is my idea if anybody has difference pls reply.
