WABT for windows

I know this isn't exactly an Emscripten question, but I figured it might be the best place to ask the question.

Does anyone know if there is a WebAssembly Binary Toolkit installer for windows available?  I've been having trouble compiling it with CMake on Windows (works fine on Linux), so I was hoping there was an easier way.
