This is a followup to https://github.com/emscripten-core/emscripten/issues/10344

When compiling a simple hello world in c with emcc -gforce_dwarf testdebug.c -o testdebug.html ,  I can see the source and set breakpoints as expected, yet when refreshing the page my breakpoints are never hit.
Pretty straight forward which makes me think it's a problem on my end. Browser is Chrome unstable 81.0.4040.5. My emcc version states 1.39.7 even after emsdk install/activate tot-upstream, is this correct?

Hmm, I know at least these PRs are needed for correctness, and have not landed yet (but hopefully later today),

With those locally I see that chrome dev fails, but beta works... so looks like dev has a recent regression here. As I think I said earlier, this is all quite bleeding edge atm, so that's expected... I hear more testing etc. is being set up, and I hope things stabilize soon.

Not a problem, I just wanted to make sure everything was set up properly. I understand it's in an unstable state and still in development; I just want to be ready to use it for real when it's good to go. Happy to find bugs/regressions.

Cool, sounds good - thanks for testing!
