need EMSDK 1.38.31

Hello,

I would like to get EMSDK 1.38.31.
But currently there is only https://github.com/emscripten-core/emsdk/tree/1.38.48 available.

Can 1.38.31 be added back to releases?

It looks like we didn't start tagging the emsdk repo until 1.38.48.

However you can find all the tag in the emscripten repo.  e.g. 1.38.31 exists there: https://github.com/emscripten-core/emscripten/releases/tag/1.38.31

Is there some ready you need that tagged version of the emsdk repo?  With emsdk you can install older versions using `emsdk install <version>` even with the latest checkout.

Having said that 1.38.31 is more than 5 years old now, and it looks like it is no longer installable with the latest emsdk.  However if you checkout 1.38.48 should should be able to `emsdk install sdk-1.38.31-64bit`.  Are you sure you need such an old version of the SDK?
