Getting the List of auto-Asyncify'd Functions (and non-Asyncify'd)

Sounds like Asyncify has better access to information than Emterpreter did for deducing what to augment and what not to.  This should mean less need for one's own whitelist or blacklist.

But...I'd like to look over the lists to see what was auto-deduced and not.  It would be helpful to check those lists against intuition--and see whether anything needs tweaking, or if it looks good enough as-is.

Is there a simple way to get these lists dumped out?

https://github.com/WebAssembly/binaryen/pull/2327 does something related, that could perhaps be extended to do what you suggest (add info about all functions, not just exports).
