How to rerun build-test

Some test failed in my PR, I don't have permission to rerun the workflow. How to rerun the test without submit a new commit? Can I run custom ci test with more debug information?

I think you need to be on the core contributor list in order re-run jobs, or toe re-run with ssh access. Please comment you your PR if you would like to help you re-run the jobs or debug the issue.
