I need help it is getting crazy!!

So today I saw or heard or felt a conversation happen minutes before the words were spoken. It hurt someone near me in the room and I felt the burst of painful emotions so hard it created a headache in the back of my head. Like an impact punch inside my head.

Two days before this I touched some one on the top of their head and shocked the crap out of both of us. I think I had been feeding off their energy....
