Template picking tomograms

Hi,

Is it possible to read the tmp_ccc.hdf file and repick particles at a different threshold? Thanks.

I don't think there is a built in way to take them as input. That said, the process is deterministic so running the program again with the all the same parameters except for the --vthr should work. Just takes more time.
