Tomogram Filament Picking | EMAN

Dear All,

I would like to get particle coordinates for filaments from *mrc tomograms. I was able to open the tomograms OK in e2spt_boxer.py - and they look great! But I am not sure if this is the best tool to trace filaments through Z-stacks. Does EMAN have a recommended tool to do this?

There is a protocol for filament selection and refinement. You can find some documentation here.

However it will only work for tomograms generated in EMAN, not imported *mrc tomograms.
