Dear Sir(s),

Attached herewith the scanned copy of Original HBL Pay Order in respect of subject apartment. 

You were required to intimate the date of snagging within one month of receipt of final payment

but with due reservations we foresee that the apartment unit is not yet ready even for inspection what to 

mention of handing over that too in next few months from today. 

In yet another case (RT-2-1903) thou full payment was deposited, and snagging was due after 30 days 

expired on February 17, 2021 but despite reminders and personal you have not intimated the date of 

inspection neither you have communicated as to besides monthly applicable agreed rent what would be 

the compensation under the SPA for late delivery of the unit. 

We wait for your timely response on each query raised above. 

We reserve our right to claim appropriate compensation from Emaar for late delivery / handing over of the unit.
