Hello All!
Any updates on handing over of Coral 1?I was told the process will begin this August!
Also have similar concerns about change in Markup rate/ Bank rate from 6.5 to 3.5 and the unjustified Escalation charges .

No updates. Emaar have now resorted to extortion by demanding 30 to 40 lakhs per 3 bedroom apartment. However no fixed date for handing over mentioned.

Additionally they have demanded a refund from those to whom they were paying at the bank rate as per the agreement. They have unilaterally changed the percentage to 3.5% and now wants a refund. This organisation is really full of crooks and are taking advantage of the situation.

I don't think so. The fact that some people have paid up, weakens everyone's case

I've been asked to pay 20 lakh "development charges" as well. I guess there is no other choice but to pay. I will be paying by the end of this week and I am told the home orientation will take place approx 10 days after payment so let's see. I was hoping to hear from someone who has had the orientation visit and taken possession if they are allowed to move in yet?

We are in talks with some friends-of-friends who have paid in full and are scheduled to attend the orientation within this week. We are continually checking in with them to get updates. Will post them here as soon as we have any.

The completion notice sent as per agreement requires possession within 30 days.
