Evan Czaplicki is a big fan of Haskell (and even more exotic FP
languages), but he wanted to create a tool chain that would feel
comfortable for large numbers of web developers.
To me, this seems more than a little like José Valim's strategy in
wrapping Ruby syntax around Erlang's pattern matching, Clojure's
functional programming and syntactic macros, etc. These guys rock!
