Using erlang diameter stack in Elixir

hi,
I like to develop DCCA application in elixir like these one:

follow questions block me to begin:
1. What is best fit place to put dictionaries under mix generated folders tree. (http://erlang.org/doc/man/diameter_dict.html)
2. dictionary format format has @inherits directive. As I understand it use dictionary from Diameter base protocol as part of OTP: https://github.com/erlang/otp/tree/maint/lib/diameter/examples/dict How to "ask" elixir to use them? Should I put both in same 'dia' folder? (somewhere under path requested in question 1)
As off-topic: Is there any benefits from porting diameter stack from OTP to native elixir?
