hi for all members, i am newbie in elixir but i have experience in erlang with some projects. i decided tested the elixir lang with his framework phoenix, but exist one problem, my elixir installation is behind a firewall, any suggestion to configure this. Best regards and sorry my english

Are you having an issue in reaching https://hex.pm/? I mean what's the issue you're seeing?
