Is there a special reason for not having the day_of_the_week function on the Calendar modules ?
Is this already implemented no a dev branch, or is it on the road map, or it isn't because no one has done it yet ?
I would be happy to open a PR for this.

A pull request to add day_of_the_week to the Date module would be welcome.

Would it be interesting to also add it to the DateTime and NaiveDateTime module ?
