deps.tree dot format output options

Hi!
I came across the need to print the output of the mix deps.tree --format dot to the stdout or to a custom file (currently, it will output to a deps_tree.dot file)

I wanted to know whether there's a reason why it doesn't exist, and if there's none - I'll PR it :)

I will add that the other options do print directly to stdout :)

We can gladly accept a PR that adds an option that customizes the file name (or asks it to go to stdout).
