[Proposal] Add Erlang single_line logger config to Elixir Logger package

We would like to have something like `single_line` from https://www.erlang.org/doc/man/logger.html#type-report_cb_config in the Logger package.

Thoughts?

Maybe it will be part of https://github.com/elixir-lang/elixir/issues/9465 ?

It is not included in said issue. A PR adding a single_line option to the built-in formatter would be welcome.
