[Proposal] More info when mix format --check-formatted have failed

When `mix format --check-formatted` have failed we have a bullet list with the files not formatted. 

It would be great to have more info about it, I thought at first have the file name + line number where it failed or, maybe, something more elaborate like a diff of what it is and what it should be.

My apologies if this is something already discussed :)

I think the reason we don't have more information is that the way to fix the check is to just run "mix format" on the files listed when --check-formatted fails. What would the use case of a diff or something like that be?
