request for windows installer that does not require admin access

Hi,

Please can the windows web installer be modified such that it does not need admin access.

I am able to install erlang without admin rights. If elixir installer can do the same it would be really great

In case the installer cannot update system env variables, if it can try to create a 'setenv.bat' in the elixir home folder that would be a good work around.

You can install the chocolatey nuget package without admin privileges.

They call it a "last resort" and I agree but it is possible.  And while he may not be able to run as admin for the Elixir Windows installer, he may be able to install chocolatey because they may be differing sets of permissions. I mean I don't believe the base chocolatey install requires access to the registry (I may be wrong) and I think that would be a factor.
