Registered L&L Agreement copy for Flat No. 12

Dear Managing Committee,

I am renting out my flat no. 12. Please find attached a Registered L&L Agreement copy for your records. Effective from 1st December 2023 for 11 months. They will start shifting from 25th November 2023. I have made them aware of all the rules to be followed.

Please let me know the non-occupancy charges to be paid.

Dear Ameer,

As per the budget of this year your maintenance charges were Rs 31494 (This amount does not include the non-maintenance charges). Since the flat is rented out for 4 months in this financial year, the non-occupancy charges are calculated on a pro-rata basis which will be 1/3rd of the non-occupancy charges for the full year Rs 3149. Hence the non-occupancy to be paid for this financial year will be Rs 1050.
