Vote Counting Result as to Circular Motion dated 21-09-23

Dear All,

I have enclosed the Vote Counting Result Sheet for your information and record.

Accordingly, it is hereby declared for information of all the members that we have passed a resolution, by a majority of 10 members, [the remaining 2 members, probably being affected candidates, chose not to vote] to implement a Permanent Rule that --

The member whose turn comes by rotation to take a position and work as a Management Committee Official for 3 years but he/she does not work personally or through his/her proxy, shall contribute an additional amount @ Rs. 20000/- per year. 

In due course, I will add this circular resolution as an addendum to the MoM of AGM for FY 23 and mail the final MoM to all members as soon as possible.

Dear All,

Please refer to the trailing mail whereby the voting result on Circular Motion is communicated to all of you. Majority of members have voted in favour of additional contribution to be called for from the members who fail to work as a managing committee member for the due period of 3-years' term by rotation. On 27th Oct. 23, the existing committee members conducted a meeting to finalise the aforesaid rule and other points on agenda. Mr. Krishnasagar Kulkarni, owner of Flat no.5 also participated since invited by existing committee members. The new managing committee is also formed to assume charge from 01-11-2023 to 30-09-2023. This will be a time gap arrangement as the FY 24 AGM is expected to take place during July-August 2024 wherein a new committee should be formed as per the due rotation. 

I am separately mailing the final MoM of AGM along with an Addendum to the MoM of AGM by including the resolutions passed to facilitate the new committee's functioning. This is for your information and record.
