This is a gentle reminder for the payment of maintenance of charges by 30-Sep. Please ignore if already paid.

Following are the maintenance charges -

1. Self occupied flat - 19,500 Rs (Except flat#2. For flat#2 it is 18,000 Rs)

2. Rented out flat - 24,375 Rs

The last date for the payment of maintenance charges was 30-Sep-2020. 18% p.a. interest is charged for the delay. The total amount due as of today stands at ₹18000(maintenance charges) + ₹222 (interest as on 25-Oct). Please do the needful.

If you have already paid the maintenance charges please inform us with details.
