 رزئت قبيلة الشكريه و ال ابوسن برحيل شيخ العرب و ناظر القبيله الشيخ عوض الكريم محمد حمد ابوسن اثر علة قلبيه  توفي علي اثرها صباح اليوم بمستشفي البراحه بالخرطوم بحري ووري جثمانه الطاهر بمقابر الصحافه بالخرطوم.
ولد الشيخ عوض الكريم بالقضارف في العام 1940 و تلقي تعليمه الاولي و الاوسط بها ثم اكمل دراسته الثانويه بمدارس الاحفاد بام درمان في ستينيات القرن الماضي و انتقل بعدها ليكون عونا لوالده المرحوم الشيخ محمد حمد ابوسن, احد افذاذ نظار قبيلة الشكريه و اميز رجال الاداره الاهليه في السودان منذ توليه النظاره في العام 1943 و لحين وفاته في عام 1984.

تولي الشيخ عوض الكريم نظارة الشكريه في العام 1994 بعد وفاة اخيه الاكبر  الشيخ حمد محمد حمد ابوسن و سلك سيرة ابيه و اجداده الافذاذ في الحفاظ علي مجد تليد و اداء الرسالة الساميه التي اضطلع بها اسلافه الميامين لعدة قرون لقيادة قبيلة الشكريه و عموم ارض البطانه. عرف بسماحة النفس و نقاء السريره  حلو المعشر و تلك لا غرو طبائع شيوخ العرب 

اقتفي الشيخ عوض الكريم درب ابائه الميامين في الاخلاق و الكرم و السؤدد و كان عونا لكل طالب حاجه  و طارق باب  فلا غرو  و هو شيخ العرب و حفيد اب علي و حسان و سليل محمد اللديغم, و اؤلئك ابائي فجئني بمثلهم لو جمعتنا يا جرير المجامع. 

 الفقيد الشيخ عوض الكريم شقيق عمر محمد حمد ابوسن  و اخوانه  يوسف و عبدالله بالقضارف و صلاح و اللواء معاش احمد محمد حمد ابوسن بالخرطوم و صهر المرحوم العمده محمد احمد الحاردلو و صهر الاستاذ الدكتور احمد ابراهيم ابوسن القطب الاسلامي المعروف و مدير معهد الاداره العامه السابق, و ابن عم مولانا محمد حمد احمد ابوسن رئيس القضاء السابق  و اخ الدكتور عبد الرحمن ابوسن (دفعة العام 1981 طب الخرطوم)  و المهندس عماره محمد حمد ابوسن بسلطنة عمان و ابن عم الدكتور عبدالله اجمد حمد ابوسن كبير الجراحين بمستشفي بورتسودان سابقا (دفعة 1967 طب الخرطوم) و خال الدكتور المامون عبدالله ابوعاقله ابوسن بايرلندا  و الدكتور ابراهيم احمد ابراهيم ابوسن بالقضارف.
للفقيد العديد من الابناء و البنات اكبرهم محمد (مثل ابيه طيب الخلق و الاخلاق), نسال الله ان يحعل البركه فيهمو جميعا وفي ذريتهم و ان يلهمهم و ال ابوسن وعموم الشكريه الصبر الجميل.

و ما قيس فقده فقد واحد
و لكنه بنيان قوم تهدما

اللهم نسالك ان تتقبله قبولا حسنا و ان تجعل اعلي جنانك مقره و قراره

و انا لله و انا اليه راجعون
