Church music planning

PLEASE SHARE WITH ANYONE WHO MAY NOT BE ON THE LIST

Let’s have a sit down to plan the music for the next couple months of church.

If we all sit down together and get commitments for who can be there when and what we want to do maybe we can get organized again.

I will bring food (suited for whatever time/day is chosen) we can sit at the table in the music room (or somewhere bigger if we have too many people- I pray to have that problem).

I’m going to try for this to happen sometime in the next 2 weeks. I won’t schedule the date until I’ve heard from at least 8 people so please respond to all (even if you don’t want to participate- but please consider carefully WE NEED YOU) also please share this with anyone who might be willing to help. I’m not even checking the church calendar so if you know one of these dates isn’t possible for that reason please reply to all NOW.

 

Please REPLY TO ALL your top 3 choices of date – ASAP to ALL:

Wed. April 27 7:30

Sun. May 1 after 11:00 church

Mon. May 2 6:30 (I will bring supper- come later if you can’t make 6:30)

Tues. May 3 6:30 (same)

Wed. May 4 7:30

Sat. May 7 what time/ church garage sale I know but I think both could be done/doubt enough people can come on Sat.

Let’s try to do it before May 7 but I’m giving a couple more choices just in case.

Mon. May 9

Tues. May 10

Wed. May 11

 

We need to get our church family back together. Please try to join us.

Generally speaking, anything that is decided on if 7:00 or later I can probably make and would be glad to participate in. 7:30 is safe

The 6:30’s I more than likely have a hard time making to be honest

I usually am picking up Brady at that time; however, that will end soon enough with baseball coming to a close.

I would love to participate. Weekdays are hard for me the girls have dance almost every night, but I can do those Saturday and Sundays on the list.
