Use LTspiceIV (executable name is scad3.exe) as reference

Starting from some version later the output format is changed, so Electric doesn't understand it

I use following script to run LTSpice from Electric instead of running it directly:
#!/bin/bash
~/.wine/drive_c/Program\ Files\ \(x86\)/LTC/LTspiceIV/scad3.exe $*

And this script to run NGSpice
#!/bin/bash
## run ngspice in terminal as it may hang if having no terminal and/or stdin/stdout
xterm -e ngspice -i $*

NGSpice can be installed from standard packages in my Debian (hopefully in Ubuntu as well)
apt-get install ngspice

Hello everyone,

I am trying to integrate Electric and LTspice in Ubuntu. I have installed
the latest version of LTspice from Here
<https://www.analog.com/en/design-center/design-tools-and-calculators/ltspice-simulator.html>.
I am accessing LTspice via wine. I have installed Electric in the same
folder as of LTspice. I using "*java -Xmx512m -jar electric-9.07.jar &*"
this command to start electric and wine command to start LTspice. I have
filled the correct path in preference=>tools=>spice/CDL along with args. I
am getting following error message after running Write spice deck- [image:
error1.png]

Please help me with solving this issue,

Thanks in advance,
Nishant

Answer is in technology datasheet of your Fab.

This information is under "top secret commercial NDA", unless if you signed the NDA with your fab!;)

Typical values for various technologies you can find in this book

Hello everyone:

I want to use Hi -Res-Poly2-Resistor component for my layout. What is the
sheet resistance for this component? What is the minimum width?

Thanks a lot.

LTSpice is 32 bit executable as I know. Wine32 needs to be installed in 64
bit Ubuntu/Debian
