It's been a while since I had visited this forum last, so I wonder: Is this forum still alive? Whether and how should I report enhancement requests?

It is not really dead, but not really used anymore.

By enhancement requests, do you mean suggestions, requests?

  If yes, I would suggest to use https://support.eiffel.com/

Or code contribution?

  - to the libraries ?

  - to EiffelStudio itself ?
