Quick note: small fixes for eiffel.com and eiffel.org

Hi,

A few small issues I noticed:

• eiffel.org
• In “Invitation to Eiffel (I2E)” [1], under the Read More section, the link “I2E: What Must I Know First?” returns a 403 Forbidden error.
• In “SCOOP_tutorial” [2], the “ACM webinar on SCOOP” links to https://learning.acm.org/webinars/coop, which returns a 404 Not Found error. The correct link is https://learning.acm.org/techtalks/coop, as ACM replaced the webinars route with techtalks.
• eiffel.com
• In “List of XML schemas used by Eiffel Software” [3], the latest configuration schema is labeled v1.21.0, but the correct version is v1.23.0.
