[ANNOUNCE] EFI Boot Guard 0.10 released

Hi,

this new release comes with several fixes, some possibly relevant for
secure boot scenarios, brings new options for bg_printenv, command line
completion and a couple of internal refactorings. The fixes also help
building for OE/Yocto and Debian - yes, we do have official packaging
now [1], just not yet a binary package in the repos.
