Hi,

I am currently a bit confused about the next branch.

Some patches appear on this branch that are not officially marked as
'merged'.

I thought that all commits on next should be green on travis and be
marked as 'merged' on the mailinglist first. That is currently not the case.

So what about that?

I'm running the same model here as in Jailhouse, testing contributions
as well as my own patches in next. Naturally, that means that my patches
will already sit in next prior to being full reviewed by others. But
*nothing* goes into master prior to being both reviewed and tested.
That's why next has a grace period of >= 3 days.
