Hi all,

once the last dust has settled over current next (primarily awaiting any
potential feedback on my changes to merged commits and the two style
patches), I'm going to merge next into master and create v0.2. If there
is anything further that should be fixed or cleaned up before that, now
is the time...

While intensely testing the tool once more, I found one strange
behavior, which should be fixed. Please wait for one more fix then
it should be ok.
