Review and Save buttoms not working in "Multiple choice problem"

I have a problem with "Multiple choice problem".

The buttoms Review and Save are not working. They are not send anything to server.

Wich is the log where i can view this mistake??

is possible that this error ""WARNING: cdn.mathjax.org has been retired. Check https://www.mathjax.org/cdn-shutting-down/ for migration tips."" is the problem?

I got the same problem (using docker devstack) although my code has updated to the new place of where mathjax is stored...
