Does edx support arabic version?

I have one specific requirement in which I need to develop iOS mobile and web app using open edx in arabic language.

Does default edx project supports arabic language?

Open edX platform itself has an arabic localization https://www.transifex.com/open-edx/edx-platform/. 

According to iOS application:  https://github.com/edx/edx-app-ios/blob/master/.tx/config and https://www.transifex.com/open-edx/edx-mobile-apps/. So I can assume that yes, it has it too.

I need to estimate one project and don't want to create any false commitment which can bring business in trouble.
