How to migrate from existing database to bitnami version

Hi,

I'm trying to migrate from existing system to the latest version which is running on bitnami (https://bitnami.com/stack/edx)

The course content stays inside MongoDB, but I find out that the schema of existing system and the bitnami version is different.

Is there any way to migrate the course content from existing system to the new one (hosted by Bitnami) ?

- The Existing System Schema:

modulestore.active_versions

modulestore.definitions

modulestore.structures (the course content location)

- The New Version (Hosted by Bitnami) Schema:

fs.chunks

fs.files

modulestore (I think the course content is located in here)

Please give some advice!
