Hello --

I've just posted OEP-8 Unit Testing Best Practices.

Basically this proposal is intended to codify best practices and to provide a reference for contributors when making related decisions in any of the edx organization's repos.

I'm looking forward to hearing your comments. It's not very complex, but full of framework and tool choices that you may have opinions on.
