Hi,

I am using window 10 and following instructions using below link:

I have Installed below:

Attached is the Vagrantfile, and i am using devstack-eucalyptus.3, using babun shell script while running OPENEDX_RELEASE="eucalyptus.3" vagrant up command, getting below error:

The SSH command responded with a non-zero exit status. Vagrant
assumes that this means the command failed. The output for this command
should be in the log above. Please read the output to determine what
went wrong.

Please help me to resolve this error.

Thank,
Kapil

You haven't provided the log with the failure in it.  Windows is going to be very difficult.

Hello Kapil.

The only failure I see in your logs is:

==> default: TASK: [edx_ansible | Git checkout edx_ansible repo into edx_ansible_code_dir] ***
==> default: failed: [localhost] => {"failed": true}
==> default: msg: Failed to checkout eucalyptus.3

Is eucalyptus.3 a thing?

If you want more debugging info from Vagrant, see:

Also, note that the instructions you are following are old.  The blog post mentions cypress, which is old.  The blog post states that the github version of the instructions will be more up to date, but it doesn't even mention cypress, so it seems less up to date.

Lastly, once you resolve the checkout issue, it is quite possible that you may end up needing a newer version of Vagrant and/or VirtualBox than what is written in that post, but I don't know if that is the case or if it is possible to have versions that are too new.

Best of luck.

Robert
