Discussions Forum problem

Hi people,

I'm going to give it one last go after asking pretty much every where and nobody being able to give me an answer. I install Open EdX on a fresh Ubuntu 12.04 server according to the instruction given by openedx. All runs well, except that each and every single time the service "cs_commenting_service" and therefore the process "forum" is not being installed, at all.

Every time when I'm in studio, and add the module to a course for discussions, I get an error 500, in which the logs say that the service is not installed on the server. Is there ANY way I can install the discussion services (or cs_commenting_service) afterwards so that the "forum" process can finally be started? I am getting desperate here. I'm not running open edx on vagrant by the way.

Questions regarding the operations of Open EdX should go to opene...@googlegroups.com.  You can also use the #ops channel in Slack.

You may also want to give a link to the documentation you were following in case it would be helpful to add clarification.
