Configure Badgr Server

Hey guys,

     I'm running Cypress . I was trying to follow http://edx.readthedocs.io/projects/edx-installing-configuring-and-running/en/named-release-cypress/configuration/enable_badging.html#enable-badges-in-studio-and-the-learning-management-system to enable badges in Studio and Learning Management System. I have set the value of ENABLE_OPENBADGES to True in CMS and LMS .
In lms/envs/common.py ,There are 3 parameters 1: BADGR_API_TOKEN  2: BADGR_BASE_URL 3: BADGR_ISSUER_SLUG . I don't know ,these parameters values .
However i had given BADGR_BASE_URL = "10.105.43.134:8000".But still can't figure out TOKEN and ISSUER_SLUG .

I have installed Badge Server in my virtual machine,which is running on port no - 10.105.43.134:8000.

So please can anyone  guide me how to configure it?
