Certificate generation problem (stuck at "GENERATING" status)

Hi!

we are running the local instance of edx - edu.acsiapartners.com , testing certificates generation.

Upon doing everything as in this link

The status of the Certificate is "Your Certificate is Generating"

Here some logs and configs (attached)

The commands I've tried for sample course and edx demo

sudo -u www-data /edx/bin/python.edxapp /edx/app/edxapp/edx-platform/manage.py lms --settings aws ungenerated_certs -c edX/DemoX/Demo_Course --insecure

sudo -u www-data /edx/bin/python.edxapp /edx/app/edxapp/edx-platform/manage.py lms --settings aws regenerate_user -u so...@ukr.net -c edX/DemoX/Demo_Course --insecure

I'd appreciate any help, where to dig further.

I have the same problem. Certifiactes tests finish without any errors. I also can create single certificate using create_pdfs.py.
