Paver error when running lms

i'm trying to connect to LMS but suddenly i'm getting this error

i couldn't find a proper fix for this

We are all getting errors in edx right now.  Probably a system glitch.

How is that relevant ? i'm running edx in VM

i updated the watchdog package and it worked

Same here,
in my company we recently configurated an Open Edx machine and I'm trying to customize the Theme.
To update the assets I'm running  'paver update_assets' and I'm having the same error.

If anyone have any idea, what that could be, any answer will be really appreciated.

well for me the solution was updating the watchdog package
