Dear All

I am trying to integrate SCORM xblock by Raccoon Gang for publishing Files from Articulate in openedx.
I completed installation and configuration as mentioned in https://github.com/raccoongang/edx_xblock_scorm.
While clicking on the content, I get a page not found error as in attached file. It is checking https://<ip> where as I am not using https. Where do we change this configuraiton?
I am not seeing any files in the directory /edx/app/edxapp/media as well. Are the zip files expected to get copied to this folder?
Is there any other configuration that needs to be done?

Kindly help in this regard

Thanks

Hi Rajesh,

Can you please attach the console logs, network logs with response (particularly the api which throws the error).
The probable problem you are facing is that your uploaded scorm package path (authoring view) is different than the one used to fetch it (student view).

Hi Rajesh,

You might want to check your lms.env.json file for any https://<ip> link there. The scorm file usually picks the url given there. Change any https:// link that you might find to http:// and try once more.
As for the scorm files, check under edx/var/media/  or edx/var/media/profile-images if there is a folder named 'profile-images', there will be a folder named as a random string (very long) but inside you shall find the scrom folders. Hope this helps 😁

We also published a SCORM XBlock (originally forked from the Raccoon Gang repo) that has been modified to use the commercial SSLA SCORM player
https://github.com/appsembler/edx_xblock_scorm

We've found that this player has good compatibility with most SCORM files, and is continually being updated by JCA Solutions (the makers of the SSLA player)

Thanks for all the responses.
Problem occurred because setting HTTPS was on in /edx/app/edxapp/edx-platform/lms/envs/common.py. I have made it "off" and now I am able to view the content.

Thanks again for all the responses.

Regards
Rajesh
